Olympic Lifting 

In this Training regimen you will learn “The Snatch” and “The Clean & Jerk” Olympic lifts. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the movement or looking to perfect your technique or ways to improve, here we will undergo what steps to take first and/or what weaknesses need to be strengthen more.

CrossFit Training

Here we look to improve your overall Strength and Conditioning with a mixture of functional movements from muscle ups to clean and jerks, tire flips to assault bikes, and deadlifts to power sleds. CrossFit will help improve your Vo2 max, cardiovascular endurance, and strength. 

Crossfit Rowing Machines

Strength Training & Powerlifting

Developing regimens to help increase your strength and power with exercises such as Back Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press as well as Log Lifts, and Yolk Carries.

Boxing & KickBoxing 

With over 3 years of both boxing and kickboxing experience we will cover the basics and progress our way up into more advance technical movements from proper foot work to generating power into your striking technique.

Nutrition, Dietetics, and Meal Prepping Guidance

We will have a one-on-one session discussing the practical application on a logical understanding of nutrition giving you a better guidance with not only being able to reach your physical goals but also adapt to healthier lifestyles. From understanding the full affects of both calorie counting and counting macros you will grasp the knowledge of how to reach your goals like never before.
